We want to establish a positive attitude toward foreign languages in our students.  Our desire comes from the necessity and the growing need to be open to other cultures and languages, which is vital for the future role of our childlren in the globalised world.

Kay International offers a special course programme for students of German secondary school (grades 5-12).  Course plans are based on the curricula of the German secondary schools in North Rhine-Westpalia and aim to develop intercultural competence and communication abilities in four different areas, to develop study skills, to consolidate knowledge of grammar and writing texts, and above all bring joy to learning the English and French language and culture.

In today's world, ability to communicate interculturally is important more than ever for living in a multilingual and multicultural society.

Our classes led by qualified staff of native and bilingual teachers enable our students to develop language competences in order to interact and communicate interculturally and globally.

At Kay International students have a chance to engage in:

• oral and written text production by paraphrasing, summary writing, short reports, essays, text analysis, characterisation, developing interviews and debates,
• free speech production and improvement (productive speaking)
• transfering grammatical forms and structures in different contexts
• making contacts in English, speaking and reporting, bringing others to act, to argue, expressing opinion and creative language
